I bought this game for one of my sons thinking he would play for week or two and be done with it. After two months, he and his brother are still playing almost daily. They love it and best of all, no arguments between them.

This is not a tennis game for those looking for a serious sports game (ie ncaa football). This game offers Mario characters with unique abilities. There are challenges above and beyond regular scoring tennis.fun for many ages!

This was by far one of my favorite games growing up and when it transitioned it the switch I had to purchase it. The story mode is extremely entertaining and the options for new characters with all new specials are amazing

This is the best version of Mario Tennis in my opinion, improving on the polish of the game while keeping the mechanics easy to learn. It plays more like a fighter with attacks and counterattacks than it does most sports games.

When I first launched the game, I had 2 friends over at my place. We all said "theres no way this game supports 3 player online mode". Wrong! They had a 3 player online mode that was more of a PvE mini game! Tons of fun.

For anyone who loves multiplayer mayhem this is a great addition. Great controls and a level of strategy with shot types. Just a great addition to the family/friend friendly games Nintendo puts out.

Great game that builds off of the previous titles but I wish the online had more of a season mode than ot does. I'm not the greatest so I win maybe one or two games in a tournament. You dont always get matched by your rank which sucks when playing people with months of experience.

As a whole, Mario tennis is a let down. The game is too complicated to play with my fiance and the single player is just kinda there. I expected more from the game but for now, it's just an okay game to play but not great.

We bought this for my daughter for Christmas. At first she really didn't seem to enjoy it, but the more she played, the more she enjoyed it. Now it is one of her favorite games!

This game is flat out fun! I think the adventure mode is a good learning tool for playing online against other people who somehow have already mastered the game : ) great multiplayer with the family, especially swing mode!

This is a great tennis game! The online tournaments are fun and exciting. Especially great since the Switch online infrastructure isn't that great and yet this game uses it very well to make it fun. I would recommend this game to anyone who likes to compete and likes tennis.

Great gameplay, great story mode that teaches you how to play the game well. The online and multiplayer is outstanding. The motion control game is a great addition that brings back Wii Sports vibes with updated controls.

Relies a bit too much on the new trick/spot shots, so it ends up being a game of chicken. You can of course turn off these rules, so it makes it a bit better. If you want to progress at all in story mode (which is pretty bland) you'll have to get used to those mechanics.

Mario Aces is super fun but at times very challenging. The higher difficulty AI can be only be beaten by the best. The swing mode is a joke. The online tournaments is where the real fun. When going against a real person it makes the game fun and frustrating at the same time.

I have loved the Mario Tennis series since the Gameboy days. However, I wish they would incorporate some of the original characteristics that made those games so much fun. The deep (ish) story lines would be nice. All in all, still great fun especially for the family.

We have had this game for almost a week and have enjoyed playing as a family. singles or doubles mode is a ton of fun and you can change settings to make it easier for younger kids or more expert for my teenagers.

A nice diversion game when you need a break from something else. The story mode has some really challenging levels but overall it didn’t take that long to get through. The online play is okay but not great. It was fun to play but probably not something I’ll return to much.
