Good sub, could be better

I bought the first one in 2017 for my new home theater system and added the second one last week. Its a fantastic speaker, except that this new one seems to have loose contact in the Volume knob. When I turn the knob up or down it makes a slight noise that sounds like interference.

Overpowered for shows
