It has been working great for us so far, however, we do receive a little interference due to its wireless connection.

Size Doesn't Matter

Don't let the smaller size of this subwoofer fool you. It's 10 inch driver is made of only the highest of quality material unleashing tight, powerful, and extremely accurate bass for any size room. Due to it being made of the highest quality of materials and fully enclosed with no ports for air, this subwoofer is considered a musical sub. Instead of overpowering your music with bass, the bass is woven into the music to make it one cohesive listening experience, and it does NOT disappoint.
On top of that, it works in any environment. Like front firing subs? Like down firing subs? Love to have both? This subwoofer is your answer! Fully adjustable feet give you the choice for both configurations. Want to put it into a corner so it is out of sight? Front firing is the way to go! Want to put it more towards the center of the room? Can't go wrong with the downfiring configuration!
My system consists of:
2 MartinLogan Clarity's
2 MartinLogan Motion 4's
1 MartinLogan Motion 8
1 MartinLogan Dynamo 700
This system I have pieced together gives you the full range of sound. Even though this subwoofer isn't their most expensive, it can easily stand with my electrostatic towers and perform to the level of quality I am looking for.
Did I mention looks? The Dynamo 700 is a beauty of a subwoofer to behold. Nothing unnecessary went into the design, just a clean, crisp look with their signature ML logo on the top (or front depending on the config.).
The range of bass the Dynamo 700 delivers is outstanding, 24-200Hz, ±3dB. Truly outstanding. The Dynamo 700 is stated to be a 300 watt RMS sub with a peak of 600 watts. I have it at half gain and it can easily shake my entire 2 story home with ease. Excellent for watching an action movie or playing Mass Effect on my Xbox360!
Lastly, if you hate wires, there is an optional $99.99 wireless adapter that allows you to move the Dynamo 700 anywhere you like, and not run any pesky wires to it. I have not purchased it myself (not yet anyway), but hear only good things about it. I will be sure to review it if I purchase it in the future!
Hope my review was helpful!

The sub sounds good when it’s working correctly but it picks up a lot of feedback which makes crackling noises sometimes when the tv is off. I would not recommend- would probably work better hard wired

Dynamo 700W

I initially bought a Definitive Technology Supercube 2000. I loved the size and tight bass it out. I have a pro cinema 600 system so naturally a Definitive Subwoofer was my first thought. I ended up returning it. I then purchased a new Elac Sub3010 10” and really liked that as well. The app control and eq was nice, but I felt something was missing. I returned the Elac and decided to bite the bullet and buy the Dynamo 700w. Having owned the original Dynamo 10” 200watt sub a few years back I knew it would be very musical and well built sub. The reason I sold that one was due to lack of proper blend between my small satellites and sub. I hooked up the Dynamo 700w and it’s a perfect blend with my Pro Monitor 600’s. The bass is utterly amazing. It’s extremely tight, no bloat or boom. It does exactly what it’s supposed to. I can’t imagine for my space needing anything bigger, it’s at 30% volume and fills my 13x33 room easily. I do have it hard wired, option to go wireless is nice at no added expense. I recommend putting a strip of tape over the flashing led on back of sub for transmitter, it’s distracting at night movie watching. The fit and finish is superb, also nice to have down firing or front firing, I like the down firing position and not having cloth grill all around like the Supercube is easier to keep clean. I can’t say enough good, performance level for 2 channel or Surround Sound

Love the subwoofer and happy with my purchase . i have bowers and wilkins cm8 s2 towers and a centre channel speaker from bw as well. my receiver is denon 4100. i was going to be B&W all around, but i was not thoroughly impressed by their selection of subwoofer so after much research and recommendations i checked out the martin logan subs and i am very happy with my purchase. it sounds superb and it also comes with wireless adapter if needed! cosmetically it looks beautiful expensive and sexy!

Mine worked for a little over a year. Then when the TV was off and everything was shut down it started making sounds like a loud heartbeat. I tried unplugging it, switching it to different modes and it continues. It makes the sound every few minutes. I finally had to unplug it permanently. Was almost $700 and lasted a year and a half.

Great subwoofer

Very good sounding subwoofer and wireless convenience. The subwoofer in my opinion sounds better with a wired connection but I'm only use the higher end audioquest cables. Unfortunately I'm am considering the dynamo 1000 because it is not loud enough for me, but I do have 14ft ceilings. In conclusion better than definitive technology prosub 1000, still not enough power for larger rooms . I only recommend this sub for smaller media rooms.

Awesome sub

I exchanged a Dynamo 500 for the 700 since I was unimpressed with the sound of the 500. Everything else I loved like the build and appearance. So I decided to stick with the ML Dynamo line and step up to the 700. It was a bit straining on the budget, but I knew the 500 wasn't worth the money so something had to be done.
The 700 is amazing. Unlike cheaper subs (the 500 included), the 700 present bass at all parts of the spectrum. Deep thump and room filling rumble and boom. The included wireless system is icing on the cake, especially since I figured out my original sub placement was sub-optimal (see what I did there?).
Music also sounds good on the 700. It isn't perfect, and you'll hear when the bass guitar drops too low and the bass drops out, but for the most part it's there and alive. Movies...well....perfect! Check out the Depth Charged scene in U-571.
Now I must start figuring out where to put my bass traps!

Tight Sub

This is a great subwoofer. Do not let it's small size fool you. My room is 25 X 20 and this sub has more than enough power and sound to fill the room. What is different from the previous subwoofers that I have had is how tight and accurate this product is. The bass in music is so accurate and in home theater just the right punch when called for. I'm not an audiophile ,but my ears can clearly hear the difference between this and a typical subwoofer. Make the investment as a sub woofer critical to your overall system . This one is worth every penny..
