    Box: front of the game was extremely indented. Game works fine. Also Best Buy won’t change the appropriate name on my account after changing it to someone else’s. Awful job all the way around. Starting to become like Toys R Us..

    Preordered the game 2 months in advance. There was shipping delays and finally arrived 4 days after the release date with a broken case. The only advice best buy support provided was to go into a store to exchange. Luckily there were plenty in stock.
