Decent campaigns, lame online

I found the campaign story very entertaining even though you basically redo like the same few areas over and over again. Which gets repetitive fast. At least each of the characters plays different and actually feels like how they should be; except Hulk. He feels very underpowered to me. He should be doing crazy damage but he has to hit enemies just as many times as anyone else. I believe this game would have been more successful if they had dropped the whole online as a service model and just focused on making a great co-op campaign. If you have a choice, the ps5 version is the best version to get because of the controller. You can really feel each hit you connect with and more. Overall i enjoyed my time with the campaign and the free add ons to it, but skipped the online portion entirely. Now I'm waiting for the next free add on.

Once you finish the story there really a whole lot to do unless you like doing online missions over and over for gear pieces that dont really make a huge impact on anything.

The heroes feel suitably powerful and unique enough from each other. Yes, the missions do get a bit repetitive but you have a hell of a lot of fun in the process.
