Not anywhere close to Spiderman

It's boring, plain and simple. Move sets for each character are basic, enemy types are minimal (they mostly just re-use the same enemies with larger health pools), and towards the end of the game enemies have so much health that fights are more of a chore than part of the experience. I remember getting to the end, it was basically "enter this area, fight a bunch of enemies for minimum 10 minutes, then move to the next area and fight the same enemies for the same amount of time, then move to this area and do the same thing..." It felt like the game would never end, and I just wanted to see the resolution to the story. Plus, the banter during battles was funny at first, but once you get about a third of the way through the game, you notice that the dialogue options start repeating themselves. Towards the end, fights last so long that characters will repeat voice lines within the same fight. It got so annoying that I had to turn the voices volume all the way down.
