This game surprised me. I thought it was going to be another marvel’a avengers. It blew me out of the water. Really good game play mixed with some nice story. I like this more than the MCU guardians of the galaxy, and I liked those.

Fantastic story. Great graphics. Incredible sound design and sound track. One of the best comic book adaptations in recent memory. On the same quality level as Insomniac’s Spider-Man and Rocksteady’s Arkham Series. Must buy!

Awesome game. This game is made with passion for the franchise. High quality and worthy of a purchase. Lots of banter between characters , the different locations and beautiful graphics. Lots of action and abilities for your character.

Was not interested in this game when it was announced but got a great deal on Black Friday. I was surprised graphics looked great and you could tell the devs really loved the characters, the game a few interesting spins on the guardians. Overall good game story was nice only downside is gameplay can get repetitive. Worth the price of admission!

I was very hesitant to buy this game after the extreme disappointment of the Square Enix Avengers game. This game couldn't be more different. The controls are tight and fun, the story is interesting, the character models look good, and no time is wasted on a boring online loot-and-shoot grind. The game mechanics aren't 100% original (a little bit of Gears of War, a little bit of Mass Effect 2, a little bit of Returnal, and thankfully only a VERY little bit of the aforementioned Avengers game) but it all flows incredibly well. Keep in mind these are comic versions of the characters, not movie ones - but if you're a comics-first fan like me, or you can get past seeing characters that look and sound different than the movie actors, you should love it.

The gameplay was good and smooth on my ps5. I really liked the soundtrack.

Had my reservations about this game due to the poorly made Avengers game, but like the other reviews say, the gameplay is great, graphics are great, story is great!

I purchased the game for like $10. It was a good buy, the story was good.

Don’t know why this game didn’t get better advertising. It is a great game. Graphics and the surround is excellent. The story is excellent. The banter between the characters is amazing.

Works great, no egregious glitches or bugs except for some minor llama shenanigans. The game itself is really fun to play and has a really heartfelt story with hilarious dialogue.

This game is AWESOME! It was also a pleasant surprise given the bad taste that The Avengers game left in everyone's mouth. This is non of that live-service nonsense, just a good singleplayer experience with great graphics, music, characters Marvel fans know and love, and not a microtransaction in sight! I'm only saddened by the fact that the game's sales may have suffered because of Avengers so many people are missing out and we may not get a sequel. So go ahead and grab a copy, its heavily discounted right now and a perfect time to jump in before the release of the 3rd movie!

It's solid. Gameplay is fun and not super complicated with too many upgrades to get lost on what one to use. Story and voice acting is too notch for video game standard

Initially I had my reservations, but this game quickly resolved them. Amazing story and gameplay. Yeah, there are minor issues, but nothing that ruined my experience.

Wonderful game, Excellent Graphics, Gripping story. Combat can get repetitive within a level, but it's not the main focus, and every level offers something new.

GoTG is much better than its predecessor - Marvel's Avengers. It runs beautifully on the PS5, I had a great time playing this.

this was my first game on the PS5 and I loved it, the story is pretty good and the game play was fun once you get used to it. Highly recommend!
