The open world map is very detailed. Excellent game mechanics. Enjoyed the game especially the remastered graphics.

This was my first experience with a Spider-Man game in more than 20 years, and I must say that Insomniac did an amazing job with this one. Swinging around Manhattan is a joy all on its own. Story line is great. Nice boss fights. I would definitely recommend this one.

We picked this up for our kids and they absolutely love the game. After watching them play, I began playing it too. It’s just fun! I wish two people could play, but that’s not a big deal. The graphics and story are great, I can see why it was a GOTY!

So great i had to replay on harder difficulty. Lots to do to keep you busy. I spent more time swinging around instead of fighting lol

You will spend hours and hours just swinging around all over town listening to the great music and looking at all the sweet skins. loved it

I finished the main story to this game in the last week. It is one of my favorite games! I really hope they come out with a sequel. I only wish I would have learned sooner that you could choose a suit and different power than the one the suit came with. The storyline was really good and kept you entertained. The side tasks kept me involved for several hours. There are 2 end credit scenes. The last one is unfortunately at the very end and it took about 30 minutes to get to.

I really wanted to love this game and was really hyped when the game trailer initially dropped, but this game did not meet my expectations. One of the main reasons is the web slinging through NYC. IF YOU HAVE EVER PLAYED A PREVIOUS SPIDERMAN GAME you would feel the same utter disappointment in the lack a control you actually have. This by far is the hardest thing to move past since Spiderman 2 and 3 had phenomenal mobility in terms of web slinging. In terms of story, it's decent... I like how they emphasized PETER PARKER'S relationships not only with MJ but Aunt May. That being said this is no way a bad game but it not exactly great. You'll get tired of the web slinging, lack of fighting combos, and repetitive side missions thrown at you. If you have to buy wait till it goes on sale

I haven't quite finished the game yet, but it has been one of the funnest games I have played. The fight scenes are so fun and all the side quests make the game so fun.

…you know how some games are excutiating to watch and listen to as our kiddos play? Yeah. This isnt one of those games. Graphics ahead of its times. Gameplay is awesome.

The best thing about this game is the web swinging and HDR on the television. The combat is lacking compared to the Batman games. I want my character to automatically jump towards the enemies, but he just throws punches in the air. Sometimes shooting the webbing is a miss. Stealth missions are horrible. I found that the story doesn't really have a single focus per se. There are so many things going on. I had no clue half the time how things related. I wish the story would have just focused on Doc Ock or Mister Negative. The other villains weren't interesting at all. And Doc Ock's "story" was more of a background thing and then he pops up at the end. The DLC overall just okay at best. Black Cat was the best one.
