This game is so easy to pick up. Swinging around New York is a blast. The combat is simplistic, but you can turn it into something robust. The story is actually pretty good. The costumes do leave something to be desired. That's a small nitpick

It's great fun, the web swinging, combat, I loved the story too. It's nice that it includes the DLC but unfortunately it was on a voucher that expires 8/28/2022. Would've been better to have it included on-disc with the updates if that's even possible.

When you this game first came out was expensive as a my new game. But waited until this Black Friday to buy it and even though is a couple of years old it’s great the graphics, the story line. I really recommend especially now that went down in price.

I stand by the title, This is the game to get if you want a great superhero game. The game play and side stuff can get a bit repetitive, however the swinging.. my god the swinging! It is so satisfying that you can get lost if just swinging around.

This a great open world game if you like spiderman and I am assuming you do if your looking at this review. This game is beautiful and allows you to be sneaky and attack from a distance or jump in the middle of things and take on the whole gang.

This Spiderman game following the same dynamic of the Batman Arkham series. It is an open world game with your choice of following the story missions or do a bunch of side missions. It is a great game and I know why it was game of the year.

Saw great reviews for this game and decided to spring for it. Webshooting reminds me of some of the PS2 spider man games that really made the webshooting mechanic great but this game perfects it. Great graphics, fun combat, and decent story.

Spiderman on PS4 is probably the best superhero game I've ever played. There's a lot of love and attention to detail to the comic lore - including other Marvel heroes - but the focus is all on Spiderman. The story is a fresh take on superhero games - it's a veteran hero and it feels that he's been at it for a while even in the tutorial mission. Peter's life and relationships have actual history and not newbie/fresh feel to everything. Combat isn't overly complicated but requires good timing. Spidey is about acrobatics, not tanking after all. And the game is designed around Spidey's form of movement - webslinging. Just a note: The disc is the base game w/ DLC code. They should have seriously at least repackaged it with an updated disc....

They have out done themselves with this game. Reminds me of my best memories playing the older spiderman games from back in the day. Definitely recommend if you are looking for good combat, big city to explore, and a great story.

My boyfriend loved this and I enjoyed watching him jump from buildings and all the cool moves Like watching a cartoon fun game He thought it was difficult at first but once got hang of it loved it

Very awesome game. I love collecting the suits different Spider-Man suits I love his moose fighting moves I like the story great ending and I love 2 DLC and I love the price I got it for which was $15 on Black Friday I bought it online.

Spiderman is one of the best video games I’ve played in years. It’s an open world game that has enough of a main story that it keeps you involved and enough side quests to let you just play. Can’t wait for the sequel on PS5

I'm not usually into open world games, but for the price this had a lot of content and a really engaging story. I didn't 100% it because I don't enjoy collectibles, but if you enjoy exploring a fun open world this is the game for you.

Got this game on Black Friday special. Hadn’t played a Spider-Man game since the PS1 when I was a kid so I didn’t know what to expect. Pretty surprised by the game play and story not as “cheesy” as I expected.

The best Spider-Man video game hands-down. Nearly as excellent as the Batman Arkham games. Challenging yet accessible game play, state of the art graphics, and an even better story than some of the Spider-Man films.

If you can imagine what it is like to really be Spider-Man, this game is as close as it can get. Highly addictive, and time passes really quickly while playing. The adventure is challenging and the story is engaging.

This game is so much fun! Lots to do in it to make the enjoyable for many hours of gameplay. Story is great and I can’t wait to play the miles Morales version and spiderman 2. Even just swinging around the city in this game is so enjoyable and the visual quality is top notch. Amazing game.
