Once I arrived at the store, I parked at the designated pick up spot and clicked on a link to let them know I was there. I waited approximately twenty minutes and finally got tired of waiting and went in to get the game. Once I got it I noticed that the disc was already sliding around in the case. The associates didn’t seem to care and said I can bring it back if I didn’t work. This was during the pandemic and I was under the impression (through email, ads and store website) that the store was only doing appointments and curbside pick up. This is why I waited so long and saw multiple people and large groups enter the store.
