Don’t buy the hype. Swing around as spider man is fun however it doesn’t get better after the initial 5mins. Weak writing combined with terrible combat makes a really overrated game.

Only got it because it comes with the first one for free. Also blach Friday.

ps5 disc doesnt work. Looked online and this seems to be a common issue

The open world felt alive, the graphics are beautiful, the side missions are fun, and all the little side activities like backpack hunting, taking photos of landmarks, Felicia's little scope games, EVERYTHING was fun! Of course the web slinging is fun and just as good or better than Web of Shadows. The combat was very nice and smooth, tho it did take me a bit to get used to counters/dodge since I am so used to Arkham controls, but VERY smooth. I reached level 49 but I am guessing the cap is 50 since I only need one more skill point to have 100% everything on skills. Skilltrees are very easy and get to the point. They are not a big mess or confusing or overwhelm you at all like some games do. You also get to craft suits and upgrades for those suits. Most of the suits come with a unique ability but if you like a certain suit and a certain ability.

i 100%ed both games and unlocked the platinum trophy. both stories on their own were INCREDIBLE (miles a little more than the first game), but my favorite parts were honestly just swinging around and collecting items around the city. if you love spiderman, youll love this game.

Great deal for getting two games for the price of one. They gave Miles some extra powers that make the combat a bit more interesting to look at, but overall it plays the same and has the same issues. The game was short and really should have been DLC for the first game. The story has two villains. There is a guy who is forgettable and doesn't matter really. Then there is a woman who is supposed to be Miles best friend yet after all those years of friendship and history together she is too much in grief and doesn't care and wants to kill Miles anyway. I don't know same old generic "effort" to give the badguy some sympathy/character. It just doesn't work. I would really recommend these games if you get them on Steam as it won't be stuck on the PlayStation ecosystem.
