This is a great game weather you are and old fan or new fan of Spiderman. The game plays superb. The graphic is amazing. The story in the game is also pretty good. Enjoy just swinging around the city and watching the gorgeous details on the game. Definitely recommended.

Traversal. For once, Spiderman doesn't swing off of nothing, he attaches to buildings and the physics always feel solid. For all the dread you might have for open world collectathons, you don't mind here cause it's just a blast getting around. The story is great, I can't wait for more.

I usually don't buy a single player story-driven game on day one but Spiderman had to be an exception. This is the best single player game I've enjoyed in so long. The story is great and the whole world is full of collectibles if you're a completionist. I recommend picking it up asap!

This game really deserves the 5 stars I'm giving it. It had fluid game play working physics and feels like no game I've played before. I haven't liked many super hero games but something that Insomniac is doing is really right. The game is challenging, sometimes borderline impossible if you want to 100% it, but that is was gives the game the addictive quality that any game should have. For the record I haven't 100%ed it yet, though I haven't stop trying. But if you just want to get through the story you can do that too without max upgrading everything and still have a really fun time. I wanted to say this this game was just for gamers but, the ease in learning it's play style may be even suited for casual players as well. Though it does just through you into the game and the controls could be a little challenging at first. I highly recommend this game especially if you love Superheros!

Easily the best Spider-Man game since Spider-Man 2! Great story that throws you into the life of Peter Parker. Great web swinging mechanics (If I had to nit-pick, I wish there were more animations for swinging). Haven't tried the DLC yet, but have had a ton of fun so far!

This game is captivating. The graphics are extremely impressive, with the web slinging around the city and fight sequences being the highlights. Spider-mans variety of suits give this game the option of a fresh look at any time. My kids love it. Recommended for adults and kids.

One of the greatest games I have played in a while. It was so fun to just get back into Spidey's shoes and websling around the city again. Great graphics and I loved the story and how everything was connected. If you are a Spider-Man fan, there is no doubt you should pick this up.

The game is awesome and hands down the best Spiderman game ever made! Insomniac did a great job making sure the web swinging feels responsive and fun. I can't tell you how many times I just stopped what I was doing in the game to just swing through the city and freefall for a bit. It really is just that fun! I think the combat is good, but it could be a bit better. It's easy to get hit by offscreen enemies if you don't stay aware of what's happening. It'd also be nice if the game could run at 60fps but I guess PS4 Pro can't handle that. Still though, great game.

This is a really good game very entertaining combat and web slinging are great. And I really like the XP system and different suits and suit powers gadgets too. This game plays like a MCU movie if your a fan and hopefully Spiderman is the start of a connected MCU game universe!!!

This has been one of the most fun games I’ve played in quite some time. Gives you a fun experience to “be Spider-Man”. The story line is great and has many great side missions and challenges. This game also give you a blast from the past with all the types of suits you can wear.

It feels great to be Spider Man. They really got the controls down to where the web slinging makes you feel like you are Spider Man. It is the best Spider Man game I have ever played, and would recommend it to anyone who has any interest what so ever in Spider Man.

This is easily one of, if not THE best Spider-Man game to date. The story, graphics, combat, traversal, and everything in between make this game a supreme joy to play. Even after getting to 100% completion, I still boot this up occasionally just to swing around Manhattan.

This game really makes you feel like Spider-Man and the version they’re using for the game feels like a combination of all the best parts of Spider-Man. The story feels like it could be a standalone comic or a movie. If you like Spider-Man you’ll LOVE this game

Yes the hype holds up! This is the Spider-Man game we've all waited patiently for since Spider-Man 2. The work that has gone into this game is astounding. I've yet to see such care taken into crafting the world of Spider-Man. The characters including animation and voice acting are award winning and the immersion is the best I've ever played...no joke. The game starts out at a mock speed and you are instantly drawn into the game. It has a forgiving start and definitely increases in difficulty as your powers and skills grow. I truly love that I felt like Spider-Man. Although this game doesn't quite fit into the MCU it definitely feels like it has the same feel and charm of Spider-Man Homecoming. I highly recommend it and I'll be brave enough to say that this version of Spider gives the best versions of the Bat a run for its money. Again, it's the highest quality game I've played so far and I've yet to meet anyone who doesn't love this title.

I love this game! The story is very entertaining, The graphics are fantastic. This has to be the best Spiderman game I’ve ever played on any system. If you enjoy playing as a comic book hero and trying out every Spiderman suit you could ever remember, you have to get this game.

This is the spiritual successor to the PS2 Spider-Man 2 game based on the movie. It's also great if you're a Spider-Man fan. I've also read the comics and it's nice change in the story for a more modern time. Gameplay, story, and mechanics are really great. Highly recommended!

Easily the best Spider-Man game I’ve played to date. Graphics are amazing. I enjoyed the side missions. I thought the story was great. Definitely resonates Peter Parker. I hope Insomniac games makes another and tops it or surpasses this one.

A brilliant story that brings you into the world of spiderman. A few glitches would occur but with it not being out long, it will soon be patched. Combat is efficient and entertaining. The character development is done very well. The boss battles are lackluster but enjoyable.

This game was quite the experience. Fantastic graphics, excellent story, and easy to get a platinum trophy. You do play as Mary Jane, and it's true that her part in the game is indeed dull. Other than that, a must play and waiting on part 2!

Such a great interpretation of the character and on par with other great video games in this genre, specifically the Arkham Batman games. Story is on point and well worth it. The side quests can get a bit tedious, but aren't overly bad. I cannot recommend this game enough.
