Talk about one of the most flat-out fun experiences on the PS4 yet. While I think God Of War takes home the award for 2018 Game Of The Year (so far), Spider-Man is a close second. I absolutely adore this game and can't wait for the DLC, which is rare for me because most DLC is not worth it.

It's a really fun game, but the pacing is awful. Without giving too much away, you spend of the game fighting random thugs and you don't fight any iconic villains until the last few missions. Then the game is over. There are also some terrible stealth missions that you're forced to play. The stealth mechanics need major work. It is similar to the Arkham series, but not as good. It's a great first try, but it still has a lot to do if it wants to surpass the Arkham series. The web-swinging is fun, but lacks real physics and speed. It's not as good as Spider-Man 2's web-swinging, but it's the next best thing.

The game give a brilliant story that shows a peter story rather than all Spider-Man. If you enjoyed the old ps2 Spider-Man 2 pick this game up it will not disappoint.

Great game overall. Clean o graphics, great fighting with different combos and finishers, it’s fun to free roam and swing around town. Overall great fun game to play.

I'm not even a huge fan of Spider-Man in general...although I am a fan of Tom Holland's abs. This game is a blast. The mechanics are amazing. The scenery makes you feel like you're in NYC. If you haven't played this yet, please do. It's a masterpiece.

Pretty fun game good side missions and amazing story, very short unfortunately. But im sure once the sequel comes around they will for aure have a perfect game 9/10.

The game plays like the Batman Arkham series and is incredibly "gamey" in the best way possible. The webslinging alone is worth a purchase, being a fairly accurate recreation of the classic Webslinging that actually attaches to buildings and has weight and inertia to it.

Yes this game looks great, and yes the story is fun but I find myself getting lost for hours just swinging around the city. This is a must play for any ps4 owner/.

This game truly lets you experience what it would be like to be spider man. Overall amazing game that only gets a little repetitive with the one button combo system

This game is absolutely amazing, the best part about the gameplay is hands down just swinging from building to building it makes me feel like an actual superhero.

This is by far the best spiderman game on the market. Gameplay is excellent and I would recommend all you marvel fans to pick this game up if you havent already

I like the game alot only real complaint would be some different side missions and activities to do not enough of that other than that great game large open world

Great take on the Spiderman franchise. Arkham style combat and many easter eggs make this a must have. Boss fights and fun swinging add to the overall experience.

Spider-man comes swinging back into action in this fantastic adventure game. If you liked spider-man and Spider-Man 2 games from a decade ago this is a must buy.

The game is great , but gave it a 4 cz it took me a bit to get used to the controls and seemless swinging. No other complains. Looks great and bunch of suits!!!

Been playing since release. Great game. Missions are fun. Traversing the city is amazing. Side quests are fun. Crimes riddled throughout the city can get repetitive but it’s still great beating up the bad guys. Haven’t finished the game yet, but I’ve enjoyed every single second.

This game will have you wish you lived in New York city. The graphics are insane the game play is surreal and the cut scenes are out of this world. So much fun

It was a great game with also great graphics. It’s easy and fast to earn achievements with this game but I’m made that I have swing everywhere. Lol

I haven't played a Spider-Man game since the originals on Xbox. I am so happy that Insomniac was able to make this happen. I cannot believe how much better web-slinging and movement has improved from the originals. I do hope this trend continues for more super hero games!
