This is by far the best spiderman game to date!! Everything from the swinging to the combat was well thought out. Love it!!

A contender for GOTY in my opinion, the story is amazing, gameplay is great. Anyone who has a PS4 this game is a must buy.

This game is a lot of fun, I enjoy just swinging around New York and helping people in trouble. Sometimes that's a robbery, sometimes it's a car crash, and other times it's helping a man get back his lost flock of pigeons. Anyway you slice it, this game is a lot of fun! Haven't beaten the story yet but I'm almost 50% through the game (according to the loading menu) with a majority of my time just collecting items off the map. Grabbed it on sale, worth every dollar.

Not just a great Spider-man game but a great game period. This game has set the benchmark for all future super hero games.

Spiderman is clearly a success for PS4, with a very usable control scheme, an open-world loosely structured narrative that allows players to control the pace of progress and keeps introducing new angles that make the game stay fresh. Different strategies and different styles are possible. Solid title.

I am writing this for my son. He has completed 100% of the base game (Plat trophy), and has purchased the DLC and has started on it. For him to commit this much time to a single game speaks volumes for this title. I on the other hand thought it was just okay (3.5 starts). Not because of any glaring issues, but because the game didn't keep calling me back with a huge desire to play. Since I am an older game, maybe this has something to do with it. Per my son, this is a must own game.

I've been in the video game genre for a long time now. A video games based on superheroes have been a big No-No. Then enter The Batman series Arkham asylum, and that kicked off a big change superhero video games. To make a long story short the Spider-Man game is everything a person could want for my game based on a superhero. You get the full spectrum of what the characters powers are and how to control them. I recommend this game for everyone that plays video games.
