What a game! Beautifully done, great game play. The open world play is my favorite

I went in trying not to buy into the hype but it far surpassed my expectations & delivers the perfect amount of Spidy. The campaign is the perfect length with a good story & flow. Tons of side things to do if you want keep playing well after the main game is over. Plus in a month or so they will be releasing more contras well as NEW GAME PLUS, a version that makes the game harder/challenging

Got it for my son for his birthday. I was apprehensive— he has other Spider-Man games and they’ve never held his attention for long. He has spent many many hours playing and has so many great comments. It’s easy to use, you feel experienced right away, it keeps you wanting to do more, etc. and he loves the graphics! His ecstatic review already prompted my nephew to get the game for himself!

So I bought this game because all my friends who’ve played it say it’s a great game! I tried it but I couldn’t even do consistent swings between buildings... (I guess I actually am getting old) So I let my son play it and he got addicted right away, after sitting with him a few times while he played I came to a realization that this could just be another Batman game but re-skinned. There are side missions, clues, and all the other stuff a Batman game has just put into a Marvel superhero world. Not trying to dogg the game as it does seem fun to play if you can get the controls, but if you have time to spend on a game like one of the Batman games then GET IT! If not then don’t even bother as it seems like a really looong game, my son played it for a week straight from waking up to bedtime and only completed 22%.

This game is a lot of fun with an open world. Swinging around the city is fun.

Game is good so far. About 12 hours total played due to work but it plays great. Combat reminds me if the arkham games. Camera can get annoying though, sometimes it will focus on a random enemy if it gets to the one your fighting.

This is the perfect Spider-Man game. Great gameplay and plenty a fan Easter eggs.

This game will be up for game of the year it's action great story it's Spider-Man

Spider-Man was one of the first games I played on my new PS4 Pro console and this sucker is a blast. It's reminiscent of Rocksteady's Batman Arkham games in terms of combat and gameplay, but uniquely Spider-Man in its approach. It's a blast web-slinging your way through New York, taking on Kingpin's thugs, and dealing with that old Parker luck. This one's loads of fun!

This game is great! The ability to swing through all of NYC as the web slinger is super fun and the story keeps you playing long past the point you told yourself you'd stop. I completed all the main story and side missions and started the DLC (which is good but could be better as far as controls). If you like open world and superheroes, this is the game for you.
