This game is great, and I'm especially impressed with the animations and efforts to provide a true Spiderman experience. Essentially it's somewhat like what was done for Batman with the Arkham series (though obviously they are extremely different). It is a bit outdated in the open world aspect as essentially the main story, combined with a ton of collectables and minor activities in the open world. I'm fine with that though because I'd rather focus on the story anyway and not everything needs to be a 60 hour game. I think my only other complaint is that I wish there were a few more recognizable faces as far as villains, but I think Marvel/Disney is very restrictive here to make sure they have room for them in the main movie franchise. oh well. Awesome game and great fun.

This game brings the old Spiderman into the real world with great graphics and exciting game play. Many of the fighting scenes are okay, but they could be more difficult. After playing God of War, this is more easy peasy.

As a big fan of Marvel movies, I was much looking forward to this game, and it has not disappointed. The game play is superior, giving you the feeling of swinging from webs, with lots of options to support many repeat sessions. The graphics are great too, giving it a movie-like quality. Looking forward to new editions that incorporate the evolving story lines of each movie!

Game has a lot to do, great graphics and gameplay, and a pretty good story

My husband and I picked this game up recently without knowing much about it. I was pleasantly surprised that this game is by far the best super hero game I’ve ever played. We spent hours playing it over the weekend and we still have so much gameplay. There’s tons of unlockables - side missions, costumes with special abilities,etc. paid full price and it was well worth it.
