This game is great for any fan of the web head and plays very similar to the Batman Arkam games and Spider man 2 which I had on PS2. Great to play for hours on end or if you have a short amount of time its quick to get in and out. If you only have a hour or less to play just shoot in, stop some criminals and swing around the city.

Fun game to play, great play mode and story, recommended

So after waiting to see what the initial reaction to this game was, I decided to purchase on the aesthetics of the gameplay alone. And I was very happy with the exceptional quality this game possess. While many reports dog the game for short story gameplay, the game has many side quests and other content that enhance the time you will play this game. I find myself just taking sheer joy in thwipping around NYC as your friendly neighborhood Spider-man without any real direction. It’s just fun to do. The sidequests are numerous and at times challenging. With the inclusion of DLC (will review further as it’s released) it makes for a truly enjoyable and accurate portrayal of one of Marvels most endearing characters.

Great Overall Experience. From the graphics, to the story, to the gameplay... what Insomniac did here is EXCELLENT. Just a straight up FUN game. The combat is FUN. Traversal/Movement through the city is FUN. Looking out for collectibles, like the backpacks, is FUN. You can't go wrong getting this game. One of the best superhero games today.

I can't say enough about this game. Really enjoying it. The realism and time the designers spent in making New York realistic is stunning. Love swinging around and finding the little easter eggs, too (Nelson & Murdock offices). Haven't completed game yet, but it's because I'm taking my time. Absolutely recommend to any marvel/spiderman fan.

Great game with a great story and the swinging is amazing .

I'm not really into single-player games, but I had to get this because of my love towards Spider-Man. Web-slinging through the city fighting crime is so satisfying! The story mode and gameplay is A++++! I haven't played the DLC yet, but I will once when I finish the story mode. Upgrading the suit and gadgets is a great feature as well.

I would like to just start this review with a great big Wow, this game is amazing. Insomniac truly got the web swinging and fighting style of Spidey down to a science. This is one of the most fun games I have played in a long time. If you are looking for an enjoyable experience that will last you hours, I recommend giving this game a go.

The graphics are nice and the plot of the story is great

Great game, the gamplay is fantastic and it feels amazing to swing arpund the city. Some of the side missions get a little repetitive but other than that it is very polished and a must play PS4 exclusive.

Marvel's Spider-Man is one the best games of 2018 and very addicting. I bought this game for my husband and he would play it constantly to the point that he perfected the game and got all the trophies already. The graphics are stunning and I really enjoyed watching him play, which I normally don't do but for this one I made an exception.
