I've been waiting for a spiderman game for years now and this one has truly met all expectations. First of all, the game looks amazing. The city, the scenery, the liveliness of the citizens, the cutscenes, and the photo mode are all so wonderful additions. Secondly, the gameplay is smooth. And when I mean smooth, the fighting and transitions are all fantastic. The only game that can match this in terms of powerful visuals and fluid like transitioning would be God of War. If you are looking for a good spiderman game then look no further.

The web swinging mechanics are very easy to pick up, maybe even a little too easy. The combat however, is very complex, fun, and challenging at times. The story is pretty good, nothing incredible but it's good enough. There are a lot of collectibles and challenges around NY and many gadgets, skills, and suits to unlock with them.
