If you like Spider-Man comics, then this is the friggin game for you! The whole ensemble rogues gallery makes an appearance at one point of another in the story. Game play is slick and fun. The games version of NYC feels alive and dangerous, but spideys always got the upper hand. Each main mission feels like an issue of a comic and the whole game tells such a fun Spider-Man story.

I haven't even finished the story yet or the 2 dlc episodes but I love this game, makes you feel just like Spider-Man! It feels like a Batman Arkham game but it's Spidey, I love that there are so many costumes to unlock. The story is great, and the voice actor of Spider-Man is my new favorite voice of Spider-Man. If you like Spider-man or thinking about getting a PS4, then this definitely a must buy.

Spider-Man is the greatest superhero-based game I've ever played. That sounds hyperbolic but I mean it. It builds on a tried but true formula seen in the Batman Arkham series and adds Spider-Mans unique setting, characters (arguably the best Rouges Gallery ever) and tone to create one of my picks for GOTY. If you have a PS4 this is a must play, and if you don't this is more than enough reason to buy one.

Lots of hours of web slinging fun, main story , side missions, web suits to unlock, etc. The game looks amazing and mechanics feel good. Swinging through NY is impressive. It can get a bit tedious , as some battles & puzzles are somewhat repetitive.

The combat is fluid and fun! Swinging around Manhattan is fun by itself. Get this game
