The game is average now that Bioware fixed most of the day one bugs/glitches, but its still worst out of all four games in the series. Most of the side quests are just fetch quests that bogs down the pacing and the party members aren't interesting.

Animation issues aside, this is a fun game. Fans of the series shouldn't avoid it, especially as it seems BioWare is aware of the bad issues and plans to patch it

Despite the negative reviews and less than stellar press this game received, if you are a fan of the Mass Effect series, you will undoubtedly love this entry.

While the game is not without flaws, none of them manage to break the immersion in a content-loaded adventure that will have you saying "How is it 3am already?"

If you've played the other 3 games you'll love this! If you haven't. You will still love this if you like FPS games with a "choose your own adventure" aspect.

Andromeda is a great game for fans of Mass Effect and newcomers alike. An excellent choice for fans of deep RPG games and stunning sci-fi lore and settings.

First, for a tent pole game this is a B-level effort. Visually, it seems as if everyone's faces are made of rubber. But the play is much more run and gun, closer to the effect of ME3 multilayer rather than the previous single player campaign.

I am loving Andromeda better than the other versions on the PS3... cannot put it down and don't have time to finish it but I will complete the story soon.

Its an awesome addititon to the mass effect series wish the story was a little bit longer but the amount of side missions compensates over all great game

I am a huge fan of the series and this installment does the saga justice. Lots to do...huge open worlds...nice character development. One of the best!!!

It is only a decent game after the original Mass Effect trilogy. New gameplay, yet story was kinda weak compared to previous games in the series. Get this game cheap only.

Few minor glitches that Bioware is patching. But overall, beautiful worlds, interesting plotline, detailed and capturing crew team. Love this game.

I am really enjoying the story line of the game. Would recommend to any gamer, but would say you should play the earlier games first for the story.

Didn't go in with high hopes and haven't been blown away. The graphics are choppy, swear they haven't fixed the facial graphics. Fun to play once you are a few hours in, but doesn't capture what made the first 3 games great.

Mass Effect Andromeda seems to be missing something -- doesn't keep my interest like the previous games. I can't say exactly what's wrong but I know I played the other games obsessively and this one just doesn't grab me.

I was a Massive (pun intended) fan of the original series. While the back half of this game is much better than the front half, it is still overall just an average game. Not what you expect from a company like BioWare.

Where to start. I am sad to say that perhaps my expectations were too high, but the fact that I could not even force myself to play this game for a grand total of three should tell you something. This game is pisspoor in every respect, except for one thing, the combat is acceptable. That being said.. the characters, narrative, GRAPHICS, environment, dialogue, music, are all either forgettable or downright so terrible you can't get it out of your head. Stay as far away from this game as possible.

This game is a must have for any mass effect fan! They got rid of the things that didn't work in the old ones and kept what did work!

A whole lot of untapped potential unfortunately. Side quests that dont seem important, mates that repeat lines over and over, and fetch quests to do. Its okay but its not the spectacular must buy i was hoping for.
