Andromeda helps improve upon the strong foundation of the Mass Effect series. The only drawback is that at times it relies too much on what came before instead of taking more risks, particularly in terms of characterizations. The adventure itself is engrossing, I just hope the crew, however it changes for the next outing, takes a few more chances. It's a lengthy adventure if you take the time to act as Pathfinder, paving the way for all the colonists relying on your character to pave the way for a new home amidst a new threat. So dive on in, find a home, and start a new legend.

I like the storyline so far, however people were not luring about the way humans look vs the aliens. All in all if your a mass affect fan you like this game.

Something different to play...graphics leave a little to be desired. If you can get past that it will be fun. Might be worth waiting for a price drop though.

Never played a Mass Effect before until Andromeda. Been playing Destiny for a long time and needed a break. Love the mix of action and storyline. It's little rough in some places as other have mentioned, but it doesn't detract at all from the playing experience to me.

This game is really cool, I wonder if it was loosely based on the just released movie passengers. There is a whole great wide universe to explore, very fun.

This is a decent game and I bought it at a great price. If you can get at a good price you will be happy with this strategic shooter.

It's the same gameplay but different in other subtle ways. Unfortunately, this game will not continue a new trilogy.

This game is severely underrated!! If you are a fan of the original Mass Effect, then you'll love this game. Gameplay alone is fluid and a lot of fun!!

While not up to the level of ME2, this is a great game in its own right. Plenty of gameplay to keep you busy for hours and the multiplayer is a blast.

In my opinion Mass Effect is still a deep and fulfilling experience as a Sci-Fi RPG/shooter. Spend over 100 hours playing this game and I'm still exploring every nook and cranny of it. It's a great game and you won't be disappointed in purchasing it.

The game is a decent purchase if you're a fan of the series. Despite all the hubbub about the animations (which are warranted to some extent because a lot of them are very stiff) the game is enjoyable and the exploration is reminiscent of the original Mass Effect, but the writing and often times the jokes are more stiff than the original trilogy. Wasn't worth pre-ordering, but it's worth it now as a playable and decent game at a discounted price.

This game is a fun new start for Mass Effect. I love the original trilogy but this is an interesting concept too.

Just not as interesting as the original series, and the animation quality is dismal. Still a fun game but wait until it's on sale.

the characters are rehashes of past games so nothing new the story is bleh but the game play is top notch along with the combat.

Game was good for a new story of Mass Effect ,but I still think the first generation mass effect was better because it was the first game of its kind of the time. Some of the side missions are a bit long. I would recommend the game.

I have beaten the game but soon realized I missed lots of side missions. It's a fun ride and views of other worlds on my 4K are very nice to look at. The voice actors are amazing. There's still lots for me to do with Andromeda!

It's a good game. Definitely entertaining and no where near as many issues as reported. Not as good as the first three though.

this game brings us back full circle to the mass effect one roots, and a return to planetary exploration with the nomad rover. well put together game, alot of fun. I'll say no more as I dont wish to spoil it for anyone.

Had rough beginning but has had major updates and patches that has made it a great game to add to collection.
