Not as good as mass effect 1-3, but still a good game

I have been a fan of the Mass Effect series for awhile and Andromeda does not disappoint. I love the new alien species that are introduced in this game along with the old. The different planets all over their own challenges. That's not to mention all of the main story missions and tons of side quests...so many things to do.

this game isn't that bad once you get passed some of the bad animations and questionable decisions from Bioware. The combat is the best part of the game.

The game has all of the qualities of the other Mass Effect although the facial animation like it has been recorded is pretty poor at times period but once you get into the game you hardly notice it.

There are some pretty rough facial animations in this iteration, but it's still fun. Read some reviews, watch game play beforehand, and set your expectations properly for a really good experience.

I tried to get into this one, but I found playing ME2 on the 360 so much more enjoyable. The characters are flat, the animations are flat and you just don't care about the NPCs and story.

If it was called something else, I would call it a masterpiece, that been said as a Mass Effect I'm a little disappointed. I'm a big fan of the original trilogy and this doesn't feel like it.

Better with patches. Nowhere near the pinnacle of the Mass Effect franchise but the combat is enjoyable and it's still got that Mass Effect feel.

As a stand alone game Andromeda is pretty good, however after coming off three excellent games, it has a lot to measure up to. Unfortunately it comes up short. The story line is weak. Other than survival, you come in cold and just start killing everything. The upgrade and weapons systems are overly complicated. If you personalize your character, don't mess with the mouth unless you want silly animations during the dialog scenes. The fight controls are pretty good, but I haven't figured out how to switch weapons on the fly without the loadout menu.
