Bought because I loved the originals. It's not as good as originals but is a good game that is being patched to fix things that honestly should have been done for launch but EA clearly pushed the developers to release the game a little premature.

It is better than some of the reviews led me to believe. There are a lot of tedious aspects to this game and on normal difficulty only a few truly challenging bosses. My biggest gripe is the buggy nature of the game. Even after all of the updates, the game routinely crashes and glitches despite being run on a brand new console. There are tasks in the game that never get finished because of obvious programming errors. That being said, when it runs smoothly and you aren't trapped in loops of tedious errands, the game is really enjoyable. The weapons and powers are cool and the fact that they choices you make in the game kind of matter makes it feel like an adventure.

Great game and story, needs work on graphic hiccups, patches have improved them

Look everyone swears it's just a terrible game and it's nothing like the original trilogy but tbh they are whining just to whine. It's a fun game and there is a BUNCH to do. I'm having just as much fun playing this as I did the originals.

This game is boss. Graphics are great and story line is super cool. Must play!

This game is an excellent edition to the series. There are many stunning visuals and the game play works well with the new gen systems. There are a few pieces that I feel like they went back to Mass Effect 1 but overall it is a very enjoyable experience.

Despite a few technical issues., this game is an excellent addition to the Mass Effect universe. The gun play is solid, the story is memorable, the only real letdown is lack of strategy with AI squad mates and the amount of fetch quests.

The Mass Effect universe was/is one of my favorite sci-fi universes. ME3 really let me down and undid a lot of the wonder I had felt in the first two games. That being said, ME: Andromeda does a pretty good job of reclaiming some of that old wonder. Planetary exploration is a lot more fun this go-around and the worlds are beautiful. There are some great characters in this game (though none will beat Garrus or Legion) and conversations 'flow' a bit better. It is a much more complex game with research, crafting, mining, and a bunch of other things thrown into the mix. I'm still deciding on how much I care about those. My pre-order bonus gave me an awesome set of armor and a great rifle, haven't felt the need to upgrade. All-in-all a great start to a new series, hopefully Andromeda 2 will be just as good as ME2!

Its a good entry in the Mass Effect universe, but some glitches and visuals are twitchy and make gameplay unenjoyable at times. Have encountered one game crashing bug already, but that's why they make save points you can manually make.

I've never really played a mass effect game before but I have seen cinematic trailers and videos of it which caught my attention. This one so far is interesting because you play 2 new characters in which you also start a new chapter.

I found the game highly enjoyable and addicting. Got so into the game that I stay up all night on a couple of occasions playing. Very open ended, lots of missions on every level. Only problem I encountered was game freezes at certain points which were easily overcome. Would highly recommend this game to others and especially to Mass Effect fans. Well worth the price.

I have a been a huge fan of Bioware, particularly of the Mass Effect series. I was very excited to see a new edition to the series, but this was not the game I was hoping for. They did a fantastic job with the landscape graphics and the combat system was fun. I could forgive the bad facial graphics but the generally boring story and missions were a huge disappointment. With EA mothballing the series, and EA's track record with their recent games, I have little hope the Bioware that I knew and loved will be no more. I am saddened that MEA will most likely be the last game in the series. It deserved a better send off.

Play this to tide you over until Bioware's new game, Anthem.

I love the gameplay accept the fact that you can't duck yourself it automatically ducks for you or hides. The animation overall could be better the characters look weird. But it is good game if you like Mass Effect games.

When this game first released it was heavily criticized for it being glitchy. I waited 8 months to purchase after the Xbox One X enhancements we're released and it is a good game now, very beautiful!

The game has been amazing so far. It has some glitches in it which can be annoying but overall the gameplay is amazing. The new jetpack is wonderful for movement and combat. The guns are fun though some of the augmentations do more to hurt you than help. Nomad is ok, slow but has boosters. Not much of an improvement over the Mako, buts its alright.

It's a decent game for fans even with its technical downfalls. Combat is fun, characters are boring and dead, story is ok, graphics and animations are horrible but if you're a fan of ME you should still give it a shot

I read so many *negative* reviews that I was worried bout purchasing this game. It's just as good as the others... They've added a lot of new features and the graphics are beautiful. This game deserves a purchase.

I still love mass effect, although this game seems like a step back in terms of the story telling. Combat is very good, but hopefully they can release a few more patches to get some of the other aspects up to par.

As a huge fan of the originally Trilogy I was beyond stoked when Andromeda was announces and I'm still geeked now that I own a copy. The game is massive and there's tons explore and do, that's not to say that it isn't w/o its issues (those are being patched by BioWare) but if you look past some small things there's a great adventure to enjoy.
