I really love the Mass Effect series. I think it’s really rare you find a game that combines great gameplay and amazing story telling in the way BioWare did with this series. You can tell that everything was so well thought out: gameplay, visuals, lore, and even how your actions have lasting consequences throughout the series. That being said, there are a few really minor issues but not enough to keep you from enjoying these games.

I'd always heard of the legacy of Mass Effect but with Andromeda it came out half baked so I had forgotten about the series but with this Legendary Edition it really displays why so many wanted another one and after making my way through my first play through it characters, story, and dialogue is great. Really has the full package with just the ending not landing the final punch I'd still say its worth the great journey

One of my favorite game series of all time. These updated versions ran great for me.

Mass Effect Legendary Edition is an incredible return to one of the greatest videogame trilogies ever made. It is an ideal starting point for those new to the series as well as those eager to dive back into the rich story once again; experiencing iconic locations, intense action, and unforgettable characters along the way. ME:LE is a must have for fans of sci-fi RPGs or videogames in general. Definitely recommended! 10/10.

If you already played them back in the day when they originally came out you know you are in for a treat. I am Speaking as someone that is playing them for the first time and is a blast, I am totally hooked and already love these games even though I am still playing the first one. I can see no reason why not to get this game. Doesn't matter if it is for the first time or if you are revisiting them, Just go play Mass Effect

Amazing game lived the originals. Graphics are enhanced and almost all dlc available.

If you have not played the Mass Effect trilogy, and you enjoy experiencing cinematic space operas, it is in your best interest to pick it up. There are still quite a few bugs here and there (NPCs get stuck behind rocks or trees) but for the most part, it is a great story and the character development are fulfilling. Currently in my second playthrough for Mass Effect 2, hoping to end the game in a better note this time.

Chances are that if you love this series, you bought this regardless. But if you're someone like me who has barely played it - or hasn't given it a try at all - you're in for a treat. This is easily the best way to play the trilogy. The upgraded visuals to 2 and 3 show how well those two have aged for the most part, while the enhancements to the first game help to bring it up to more modern standards.

Mass Effect: Legendary Edition really lives up to its name. Played the original game on XBox and then 2 and 3 on the PlayStation 3. Mass Effect 1 gets the most out of the new remaster fixing some of the pricklier elements of the original and obviously updating the graphics. All in all, a must have for any fan of the series and still a good buy for those wanting to experience the game for the first time.

3 of the best RPGs now improved and even better. Love the story and gameplay.

This is a wonderful refresh of the the best overall gaming experience (my opinion, when taken as a whole 3 game series). If you like a heavy story line with deep lore and a lot of character arc, this is your series. Choices from each game carry over and impact the next. Very emotional and empathetic characters. Great gaming experience. If you didn’t play it on PS3/Xbox360, now is your chance.

These games were amazing a decade ago, and they are still amazing now. I cannot express how much joy playing these games again brought me. The updated graphics, frame rates, controls, and quality of life improvements truly make these games shine brighter than ever before. I highly recommend to anyone interested in playing to do so, and forge your own path as Commander Shepard

Still a great trilogy after all these years, remastered, repackaged altogether as it all should be

Mass Effect 2 is one of the best games of all time. There's a clear continuum from ME 1 as an RPG with shooting mechanics to ME3 as a shooter with RPG mechanics. ME 2 strikes a great balance. It's great to see these games generally treated with reverence for the originals while making some tasteful upgrades. I will say that there are some bugs and missed opportunities. ME 1, for example, has audio issues where dialog is not tied to the center channel but instead comes out of every channel BUT the center. It would be great to see EA take the next step with the series and address these issues. In some ways, I think playing the originals on PC with mods might be the best way to play, even with the Legendary Edition available.
