He assembled the massage chair skillfully. He placed the chair in our bedroom where i requested it to be. Explained how to change fuse. Very happy with the service.

Chair gets a 5 star review. However make sure to measure as it almost comes fully assembled and will not fit in doorway unless you have double doors. Picture of remote included so you can see the functions.

Feet roller, air compress, neck, spine, back massager everything work as expected. Installation takes around 15 minutes. You just need to align foot massager to chair and it's done. You need space so that it can recline well.

In less than 10 minutes, the chair was unpacked, moved into the house, assembled, and plugged in ready for use. However, I did utilize the delivery and setup service provided by Best Buy at no additional charge.

I had a very disappointing experience with this service. I live in a townhome where the basement is at street level, so the 3rd floor is effectively considered the 4th floor. I clearly mentioned this in the special instructions during the purchase. However, the delivery team refused to carry the chair to the top floor. Instead, they left it just inside the basement door, claiming that another team would come the next day to assemble and move it to the top floor. Do not fall for this! No one from Best Buy contacted me the next day, yet the order was marked as “delivery completed.” Frustrated with the lack of service, I had to call Best Buy to cancel the order. Despite the cancellation being entirely due to their poor handling, they refunded the chair but charged me for delivery and assembly—completely unacceptable! To make matters worse, I’ve had to rely on the chat option to explain the situation, but the status is still marked as completed instead of being updated to a return. This is ridiculous and reflects terribly on their customer service!

This review is about the massage chair assembly that came with purchasing a full-body massage chair. We were given a time window in the morning, but thankfully they were early. They came in and brought the chair to the second floor and took great care when going up the stairs to not damage the walls. Once they got the chair in place, they quickly set it up. I'm glad I opted for the installation as I would have had difficulty getting it up the stairs.

I use my massage chair practically everyday. The massages are very good. So far I have only used the auto massage modes and have not created a custom mode. I have also not used the heat option. I particularly enjoy the deep penetration for feet and shoulders. I usually use the chair for an hour each day.
