After 6 months, this massage chair making loud noises. Its very unsafe to use. I called for the service to repair, even after 3 weeks no response and no one schedule to look/repair this massage chair.

They don’t do much cuz the massage chair was already assembled but good thing it was for free. They did take the box and plastic with them so that was a plus

They initially came with 2 people and were unable to get the chair up the stairs, so a new delivery date was scheduled with a 4 man crew. When the 4 man crew was scheduled to arrive it was just two guys, and said they couldn't do it and it wouldn't fit. I had to help carry the chair up and show them how to turn the box to clear the stairs. Very disappointing

Its a bit harsh on the back. Wish i could try it first now it costs $100 to pick up and return

The guys did a great job delivering my chair but when they set it up they failed to inform me that the zipper for the foot of the chair was either missing or they broke it off. I discovered it a few days later when I went to move the chair and saw the gap in there.

The delivery was great. Best Buy charged me full price for this massage chair and it had went on sale for half the price. Never buying a chair from here again price didn’t get adjusted.

This third party FSA went to wrong house. Never called me even though they had my cell phone number and two other numbers. I waited around all day. Never went to work that day. Lost wages and frustrated. Had to reschedule for two weeks later. Not very happy. I was watching the progress they were on the way. No one showed up. Called geek squad they said no notes on their side and to wait til 7:30 pm that night it could still show up. I spent several hours on phone just to reschedule. Not very happy.

They didn't explain this is separate from the delivery. When the delivery men showed up they were very nasty about me asking if they will install/remove boxes? "what? no we just drop it off" Luckily we just had to get it out of the box and get rid of the box remains. If it was explained when ordering that installation will have to be scheduled separately I would've just waited until I am able to get people in. Please fix your communication terms with these large items.

I purchased with the assemble service, I waited the whole morning and they didn’t call, when they called, I left, and they only gave me 15 minutes, I had to have my neighbor helped with me. The worse thing was they only delivered and didn’t assemble it. It’s lucky that it’s not that hard to assemble it, but it’s heavy!

They just delivered the item and said they can’t assemble the item. I contacted the 24/7 chat team twice and said first the assembly team will be here around 1 to 5 pm. 2nd i contacted them around 5pm and they told me they’ll be here within 2 hours. And no one came to assemble the chair. I called the customer service and scheduled me for another service. For now this this is my rating hope they’ll come on Wednesday for this service.

Delivery personnel scheduled to install massage chair had no tools to do the job and denied did not complete the job. Had to request refund and get help to do the job myself, but in unpacking the pieces, found broken parts from their dollie on base unit. Now I'm backordered for a return swap with new. 2 months ordeal so far.
