Due to me selecting to have in home installation, it postponed my order to come in by a month! Appointments would be set then canceled on their own. When calling customer support, you will only talk to a person from the Middle East happy to not resolve your issue.

I was never contacted for an appointment, so we ended up assembling it ourselves, even hauled away the 300+ lb old chair ourselves because it was taking up so much space. Very disapointed.

Delivered my chair and told me they dont assemble. I assembled it myself, even though they were supposed to. 2 weeks later, i got a call saying they were on their way to my house to assemble my chair. Lol.

I bought a massage chair it was defective when it arrived. I have called them several times they will. Not fix it On the phone with them for hours at a time and still nothing

the guys that assembled this chair new nothing about it, even how to operate it, said i would have to get back with best buy to get any help with it worst service ever

Technician never showed up for the appointment and there was no followup in this regard.

The delivery people (2) did not assemble. They were adamant that assembly was not included and then said they are just delivery people and not responsible for assembly.

When I purchased my massage chair I asked for it to be assembled upon delivery. When it was delivered they refuse to assemble it.

The delivery guy did not put it together for me. He said he wasn't allowed to for insurance reasons.

It took 4 attempts and 2 months to get my massage chair assembled :(

Total useless, says assembly included, but they did not even take the item out from box.

Guys carried the chair in, left it wrapped in plastic and left, no assembly to rate

Offered free service with the purchase but never fulfilled

This is ridiculous they chipped my chair and damaged the wall

Delivery subsystem sucked, they said it was to be delivered and don't call to say it was cancelled. It took 3 delivery appointment before it was actually delivered. People who actually delivered it did a great job. Don't ever purchase on line from best buy

Massage chair is excellent. Many different types of massages. Very relaxing and especially helps with low back pain. Two areas that could be improved are upper body (shoulders and neck) and the heat option (doesn’t get very warm). But we use it all the time and are very happy overall with it.

Amazing massage chair I recommend it for everyone love it.

My chair arrived w scratch on the right side , I try to call n complain but I am hate to wait calling. But the chair is perfect run good. Help my shoulder a lot

They were awesome! Quick and efficient with no issues. Answered all my questions.

Techs were awesome. Worth every penny to have them set up and haul away all the garbage
