Extremely Disappointed

It pains me to rate it so low because the product itself is amazing but the delivery people refused to bring the chair in the home claiming it could not fit. They left it at the front door and we tried telling him it would. He was also very sexist and refused to speak to me or my mother about the chair; only my father to which he was polite. He was extremely condescending, unhelpful and lazy. If the “assembly” was not free I would have demanded a refund. We ended up bringing in the chair ourselves after he claimed it could not fit through the front door. Will never use this service again or purchase items from Best Buy that send these people out. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Deliver drivers were trash
