Is the best massage I received in a massage chair is so good always fall a sleep after section

In house assembly was a breeze. The massage chair came in pieces and they assembled in no time. They put the old massage chair in the curb but we tipped them as this is not included in the service.

I purchased this massage chair and Best Buy offered free delivery with it. The company they contracted to deliver my chair had excellent customer service! They gave me an approximate time. Then they called that morning telling me they’re in the area and would be here in 15 min. The man had excellent customer service! When the two men arrived they were so polite. They quickly brought in the chair, put it together and made sure it ran. They placed it exactly where I wanted it. I couldn’t be happier with the delivery!! Thank you Best Buy for contracting an excellent company to do your deliveries!

Love it! Use it most evenings to help ease the day's pains away. Only things that could make it better is if it did the thighs and was a bit faster at declining back to the start position.

The guys did a great job! They had to carry a very heavy massage chair down to the basement and got everything done and set up perfectly!

Delivered on time and installed by specialists. Works well with multiple modes that you can choose. Both my wife and kids enjoy the chair. We were impressed that it is so quiet! The only issue is that I wasn't able to find where to set the massage time, which is 25 min by default, but it is not a concern - You can stop it anytime by powering it off. Overall, it is a great product.

Chair is a replacement to a defective chair. First one had an issue with back rollers stopping and wouldn't engage again until getting reset by unplugging. Bestbuy was excellent with the exchange process. Delivery went smooth. Broken chair removed, new chair placed and all packaging taken away. No issues with new chair. Inside delivery was included. I had to remove inner door trim and take door and lower hinges off so it would clear. It was still tight. Tip, leave shipping plastic wrap on chair until its in house. It will shield it from scuffs.

The guys that brought it were very nice. They helped determine if the chair would fit through the bed room door. While they said it wouldn't we decided to just leave it on a.a other room. They explained why they were hesitant to try which we understood. In the end we were infact able to get it through the 30 in door with the frame off. I do recommend using a sheet or something to do around it in case it hits.

In home services that we have had for a TV and massage chair assembly have been top notch! For the TV, we had to make another appointment for a new wall mount for better placement. The team had no problem with the quick switch. Our chair assembly was perfect and quick, took about 30 minutes from pulling into the driveway to leaving- and this was also helping with how the chair worked as this was the first they had assembled. No issues or complaints here for in home services!

Installation was smooth. Installers place chair exactly where i wanted it. They made sure chair was operational.

This massage chair is amazing! I use it practically everyday, and there have been a couple of days where I've used it twice. Caught it on sale, and so happy I made the purchase! My favorite time is to use it is right before bed, because it relaxes me to the extent I'm able to climb in bed and fall right to sleep.

The assembly went smooth and quick. Wife was really impressed on how fast they put it together since she was working from home at the time.
