Massage chair delivery and assembly went smoothly and to our complete satisfaction.

Pros excellent massage chair and even great chair for just relaxing. Cons could use more cushion or a way to adjust air for cushion when just reclining. Plus it needs a way to just turn on heat without massage.

Quick delivery and assembly by delivery personnel. They removed the packaging and took it with them. Also quickly assembled the chair with a quick tutorial!

Fast service, picked up defective item and replaced it with new one in less than 10 minutes. Service men made sure massage chair was working adequately, that air pump worked on chair.

The 2 Best Buy delivery men were a pleasure to deal with, great attitudes and a sense of humor to go-along with it. They knew what they were doing, called in advance, told them to pull to the front of the home, maybe at most 15 minutes from arrival to departure. I'm a box saver so I asked them if I could keep the box, He looked at me with a serious face and said, "Now I can't bring my son home a playhouse". After 10 seconds he laughed and said, "Just Kidding", again great sense of humor they had, was a pleasure meeting both of them.

Great and quick assembly. They even explained how the chair works and how to manipulate the remote. Or how to manipulate the chair in case of a future change of apartment. (Which it happened)

Well, it was easy to assemble because I didn’t have to assemble anything. It already came assembled and they delivered it that way.

Great chair for the price! Got it during BF sale. Have used it for a month. Works great. But getting F5 code on the remote while in a massage. Anyone know what that is?

Easy install process. It was scheduled, the two man team carried it where I wanted it and set it up, making sure it works as well.
