Good service and proper installation. Professional

The delivery team was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. No mess inside the house...they worked smarter, not harder. They arrived in the window promised, and gave a courtesy call ahead of time. They made sure the product worked properly, and that I was comfortable with the service experience prior to leaving.

Worth the cost for the service they provide..worry free ..set up complete and take trash with them .

Its very good but not great. Wait until its on sale. Get the installation but know the people that come out probably won't be able to put it together. Its a specialty team. The team was very nice.

We originally had two dates for this chair: a delivery day and a set up day, but the guys took the extra 10 minutes to set it up for us. They didn't have to do that, and I really appreciate that they did. Thank you!

Delivery guys Prompt didn’t unwrap the product until at the house. We’re very careful very professional and taking upstairs and setting things up.

Great massage chair especially when bought on sale. It’s quite with lots of settings to choose from. I only wished though that geek squad offers extended warranty.

Delivery was a little late, and it was already a 4 hour window I had to sit through. Unpacking and bringing in the house was easy for them. They did not know anything about operating the chairs, but it's not like they are difficult to learn. Still, they should be taught a little something before delivering

The two delivery people were super fast, kind, efficient, and took the time to show us how to work the chair. They managed to fit the chair in a door that barely allowed the chair to fit through without hesitation, and were overall really helpful.
