Excellent service. Prompt, fast, and professional.

Labor is so important to me because I can't move like I used to or lift what I once could. The home assembly, while rather simple, was a breeze because the movers got the chair down into my basement with little fuss. GIVE THEM A RAISE!!!

The delivery and set up employees did a great job!! They are very careful and considerate, very polite and handled everything. We are very pleased, these two gentlemen were excellent!

Delivery team used booties and completely unboxed outside. They were fast and thorough not wasting any of our time with the install. Only issue we had was being on time and lack of communication skills of the driver.

They were excellent cleaned yo their mess. Great install. Only prob i noticed after they left is thry has scratched my chaor on one side

The delivery guy called me that he will be early to arrive at my place so I had the whole place set up so he can just drop it off then bring it in and assembled it. I called him to confirm and he said he'll be at my house in 30mins which was 30mins later than what he originally told me, then 30mins passed I called him again and he said he's 5-10 mins away, 10mins passed by and he still hasn't arrived. I had to pick up my kids from school so I told him to talk to my mom in law for instructions if he needs anything, 20mins later he arrives at my place prior to me picking up my son 10mins before so I thought everything was good since he didn't call me. I got home 25mins later, my mom in law said that it didn't fit into the doorway of our bedroom but it will through the kids room. I have an injured knee and getting surgery which is why I chose the in-home service delivery and assembly included on my membership for these kind of orders. He didn't even call me or let me know that he would just leave it outside our backyard out in the open , not assembled and not brought in properly. This would be the first time I had this kind of problem in my 10years being a member at BestBuy. Very disappointed at this FREE In-Home Service assembly.
