This Blu Ray version was as good as the OTA broadcast!

I find it hard to watch certain shows on weekly TV versus purchasing the show outright on Blu-ray - Downton Abby is one of those shows. My wife and I binge watched season 5 over two nights and now we're ready to watch it again at a slower pace and savor the dialog. This set does include the Christmas show - but not the "Manners of Downton" which I was hoping it would. This was a very satisfying season - lots of romance from both upstairs and downstairs with good development of characters and interpersonal actions. The actors are so superb in their rolls that it seems that you're there as a 3RD person observer.

This is a good series if you like British drama I would suggest be sure to start at season 1 each episode contuses where the last left off and each season like wise.

Couldn't wait to see the latest installments of my new favorite series. Everything about this series is well done. So sorry when the season was finished.

This is another great season of the TV show Downtown Abbey. If you have already watched Seasons 1 to 4, you need to watch this one and of course the final Season 6 too. This is a very nice 3-disc package and is an excellent addition to anyone's Blu Ray collection. Picture and sound are both are very good too. Enjoy watching it.

I love this series. Season 5 delivered the same wit and class as the previous seasons, with plenty of drama as well. A must watch!
