Great Product. Very fancy handheld system. Happy with the order.

This was a big expense for me. I Purchased this with the understanding that I could use it at my home. Big mistake in in a no fly zone so it's useless to me. I Purchased it to promote my Dog business and can't. The staff was quick to sell me but brevet informed me of a no fly zone i even told them where I lived.

I ordered this product online. After I open the cardboard shipping box, I noticed the factory sealing tape was open, and some sealing tape residue as well. It seems this is an open box box item that was returned by a previous customer. I even did not take the original box from the shipping box. I brought it to a local best but store to return it. The store customer service agent inspected everything and agreed it is an open box item - she did see several proofs indicating the product was used before. She suggested me to return it back online.

The controller is near impossible to read. Flight time is less than 1/2 hour.

I don’t want anyone to spend a lot money for not worth item.. :(

I have had several drones, including previous DJI models, but the combination of the excellent Mavic 2 Pro drone, the Hasselblad camera, and the smart controller create a truly outstanding package. It is a joy to fly and the addition of the smart controller with built in bright FPV screen makes it a complete airborne photo taking setup. The price is at the top of consumer drone prices, but as is said "you get what you pay for". Fly Safe

Returning my Air2S to get this one again. The Pro beats it nearly in all aspects minus the ease of quality photos. Mavic 2 Pro is much more sturdy in the wind, more heavy.

First, the drone itself is great. But this review is primarily to let others know that as of June 2019 there are NO apps for mapping or 3D modeling that will work on the Smart Controller. Even DJI's software, DJI GS Pro will not work with the Smart Controller! DJI says you can install 3rd party apps, but it does not make it clear that the Smart Controller uses a modified Android OS, so NONE of the current apps will work. This means that you are limited to photography and videography with the Smart Controller until someone makes a compatible app. So you end up buying a $1900 drone and not being able to use it for mapping or modeling. DJI refused to take any responsibility in disclosing this limitation, so I'm doing it for them.
