The price for this new dishwasher was equal to the price of repairing old Bosch dishwasher. I consider this a win. Looks great, does what I need it to do and cost was reasonable.

Rather than just reinstalling it they replaced it, which took a month, many attempts, and a report to the BBB. Even the corporate office couldn't solve the issue, but I was on the third try able to reach the installment contractor directly and he solved the issue. He said the error messages were likely because the original dishwasher wasn't level. Now that problem is solved. This dishwasher's cycles take several hours, dishes come out dirty, and it never gets the dishes all the way dry.

I did not purchase a warranty, after all, it says 10 year warranty on the door and it's a Maytag. They never fail. Wrong! Parts are only warrantied for 1 year. Replaced recommended part at $54+ shipping and still failing. Additional parts are very expensive. Service cost + parts = purchase something other then Maytag.

Good so far, very pleased with the quality and results. Was looking for basic controls and wash options and this fit the bill. Happy with purchase.
