I am satisfied with the dishwasher. I gave this 4 stars because of the installation. The individuals who installed it bent up the hoses so it did not drain. We had to pull out the washer which was and cut the hose. I would not recommend their installers. A handy man would have done the job properly. They are only fit to hook up hoses and anybody can do that. I spent over 130 for the install. What a waste.

Great dishwasher with outstanding quality and performance.

Unbelievable how loud this dishwasher is. It makes an awful buzzing sound throughout the majority of the cycle. I liked the looks and features of the dishwasher and thought I must have got a lemon. I returned it and got the same one. This one also had the same awful buzzing sound. Took it out and returned it looking for another brand. It’s hard to understand the reviews stating how quiet the dishwasher is as I could hear it buzzing away from the back bedroom.

Easy to install and is very quiet. The racks give plenty of room for larger dishes on both the top and bottom racks.

Good quality seems to be well built. Very quiet and washes very well. Easy to install and easy to register with Maytag for warranty.

Works great and looks awesome in my kitchen. Easy to load everything I need to wash.

Great dishwasher. Easy to install, very quiet and quick cycle works great and only takes 1:30 with heated dry. Highly recommend.

This dishwasher has turned out to be my WORST purchase in at least 10 years. Legitimately. Bought the dishwasher, installed it and during the first cycle, it stopped, flashed an error code and was leaking. It was very late, so we cleared the code, let the dw drain, ended the cycle and went to bed. That was the good part of the story. Woke up the next morning to find that the dishwasher, even though we had drained it AND shut it off - had leaked all night long. Our entire kitchen, dining, foyer and formal living room were soaked. And of course, it didn't end there - it also leaked into our basement. When I called Maytag, they told me to file a claim with our insurance company. That is NOT going to happen, after researching it, this dishwasher has issues with faulty inlet valves leaking - the inlet valve leaked all night and flooded our home. There are not enough words to express my anger and disappointment. I'm sure this doesn't happen to every single dishwasher Maytag makes and Best Buy sells, but since it's a known issue I can't figure out why they continue to sell these without changing the pumps.

Nice dishwasher for the price. Showed up when they said it would. Way quieter than the other one I had.

Cleans very well, like the rinse applicator it helps the hard water build up.

Have the dishwasher for about a week or two. It works. Replaced one that stopped working and hope this one lasts longer.

its a great machine. i have not use all the settings but its washing and getting my dishes dry. i will recommend it.

It’s been a few months now and I am very happy with this dishwasher. Big upgrade from what we were using before. I don’t need a lot of fancy features, although this seems to have a few, and I certainly don’t need a dishwasher that’s controlled by a mobile app. Seriously that’s just absurd. This is all I needed, nothing more.
