The process at Best Buy was so easy. We knew what we wanted, told the sales person and we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. AND delivery was within a few days. Now that's service.

The price for this new dishwasher was equal to the price of repairing old Bosch dishwasher. I consider this a win. Looks great, does what I need it to do and cost was reasonable.

Only 16 Month Old, Failure

I did not purchase a warranty, after all, it says 10 year warranty on the door and it's a Maytag. They never fail. Wrong! Parts are only warrantied for 1 year. Replaced recommended part at $54+ shipping and still failing. Additional parts are very expensive. Service cost + parts = purchase something other then Maytag.

Strong machine just missing proper support.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well I like the way they built the working machine . Its built to last with the metal tub. The issue is the support is all plastic. No water hose comes with the machine only the return hose.

Good so far, very pleased with the quality and results. Was looking for basic controls and wash options and this fit the bill. Happy with purchase.
