seems to be a good washer, like the third rack, seems to hold more dish's, door hard to get down all the way has strong spring but works ok, has a longer run time than my old one, kenmore elite,

Strips flesh from the bone better than competitors

GE ADA approved dishwasher is just the right size for my 50 year old kitchen. Not too tall like other models. Exterior design matches other kitchen appliances.

I was impressed with this dishwasher right up until the pump broke after 7 months. I understand that this kind of thing sometimes happens, but my main problem is that when I called Maytag for warranty / repair they scheduled me 14 days out. When you pay 900 bucks for an appliance first you hope it won't break, and then if it does you hope the company who made it won't leave you waiting for a remedy for weeks.

Leaky garbage with horrible customer service. Hey how would you like to have a warped floor because of an improperly designed dishwasher but this piece of junk. Hey how would you like to wait for customer service to send someone out to fix what I'm assuming is a known issue. Well a wait time of 2 weeks without being able to wash dishes seems perfectly reasonable right.

Dishwasher washes great, but the top rack weld that holds the stainless slider in place has failed twice. Once right on delivery day and the rack fell down, so they had to take the unit back and again 3 years later on the second unit. You can build powerful motors with 10 year warranty, but it is useless with bad quality of other components as well. Not sure if I will buy a Maytag again.

Love the dishwasher which I bought in Dec. 2021. It was perfect for a year but in 2023, it keeps on having error code E1/F9. Maytag sent technician too many times but could not fix it. Finally in July, I was told that I'm out of manufacturing warranty so I can either get a 15% discount to buy a new one or buy an extended warranty. I thought Maytag is a reliable brand that will last more than a year. I won't trust this dishwasher anymore. I won't even trust Maytag anymore. I'm a very disappointed and unhappy customer and will not recommend this dishwasher.

I purchased this 2 years ago exactly. The digital panel has gone bust. Service repair said it is not serviceable. Needless to say Whirlpool says too bad, not their problem. Last Maytag/Whirlpool I will ever purchase.

This unit does not dry our dishes at all. They are soaking wet when the cycle completes and yes we do select the drying button every single time. We don’t have time to deal with this. I thought Maytag was a great brand and this is disappointing.

The product is great, the delivery service was horrible. The delivery truck broke down and I was put in the back of the line again. My delivery was almost a week late. When your delivery truck breaks down, my dishwasher should have been on the next truck. The delivery service was completely unacceptable.
