After delivery of the washer I started my first load of laundry and it was fine until the second wash and it sounded like a rattle trap and very noisy. I had to return since it was broken after using ONCE! Very ridiculous and a waste of my time having to wait for another one to arrive.

When the washing machine arrived, it was the wrong machine. It took Best Buy over a week to exchange the one they sent with this unit. On the day it was to arrive the delivery service and Best Buy sent me a notification that there was some sort of “Emergency“ so instead of delivering my machine the next day they made me wait four more days because I had to get back in the queue. I’ve learned my lesson and I will not be purchasing anything from Best Buy in the future.

Posted .Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about this concern. You can pause model MTW4205SW. You would just press the Start button. Do not press and hold, as this will cancel the cycle. Once you press it, let it go, and the cycle will stop and the lid will unlock and allow you to open the lid. We hope this helps.
