It has great fill options, so easy to use, top loading, and has an agitator. This is a tried and true machine and we are loving how it works for our family.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Order this washing machine on December 22 my wife was fed up with washing machines with no agitator so I bought this around her birthday but not as a birthday present. When the washing machine arrived, it was the wrong machine. It took Best Buy over a week to exchange the one they sent with this unit. On the day it was to arrive the delivery service and Best Buy sent me a notification that there was some sort of “Emergency“ so instead of delivering my machine the next day they made me wait four more days because I had to get back in the queue. I’ve learned my lesson and I will not be purchasing anything from Best Buy in the future.

Posted .Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear about this concern. You can pause model MTW4205SW. You would just press the Start button. Do not press and hold, as this will cancel the cycle. Once you press it, let it go, and the cycle will stop and the lid will unlock and allow you to open the lid. We hope this helps.
