After being affected by the hurricane, I think I was just happy to not have to go to the laundry mat, hoping it would get better. I know it is suppose to be energy efficient but you waste energy rewashing/drying to make sure clothes are clean (not enough water being dispensed) and totally dry... I have to run the dryer cycle at least twice to ensure clothes are completely dry and not damp. Due to a death in the family, I ran out of time to return items. :( HATE THEM BOTH!

The water does not cover all of the items in the washer and does not really move the clothes. Most of all disappointed with BEST BUY. I would never buy another appliance from them again. The washer was delivered on Dec. 22nd just before the holidays. After I was finally able to test this washer, it was too late for a return. Now I am stuck with a washer I am so disappointed in. Lesson learned. Buyer beware. Don't buy a major appliance from BEST BUY.

Do not like water efficiency

I can find this washer challenging when I need a full tub of water for bedding or clothes that need a lot of water to clean. I have a child that is still incontinent and have had to run the wash 3 times.

Water didnt cover clothing so many items were left half washed. Ended up returning it

Very noisy

Had my old Maytag for 17 years and tried getting it fixed but Maytag stopped making the part I needed. Wish I had my old machine back...

Once connected i put a few items in washer . Water filled up but washer didn't do anything. I've called bestbuy a lot of times all to be put off about someone will contact me , from giving me the run around with wrong number . I'm at my end & frustrated. I'm going to tell everyone i know not to patronize Bestbuy . I'm now stuck with a maytag

I sat and watched it putting the water in so I would know how much water was going into it. Well it didn't even cover the clothes. There was no way my clothes were clean. Then to make it worse it didn't have any water to rinse either. Needless to say I returned it and purchased a GE.

It doesn't clean anything so no matter what else the machine has going for it, what's the point? Barely fills with any water. Clothes on top just sit there soaking, never come in contact with the impellor so how would they get clean? Clothes look worse after washing than before they went in. Save yourself the money and the headache. How does Maytag get away with selling such a poor product?
