When you find that whatever wash items on top of load NEVER EVEN MAKE IT INTO THE WATER (just keep twirling on top of the washload), then washing another load to wash those...forget it...that washer went back! It didn't even get out the Prewash Spray!

The clothes were visibly still soiled after the washes. I'm now in the search for an old style washer with an agitator in the middle. Do not waste your time or money

Looks great but works moderately. Barely puts any water in machine and does not hold as big of a load as advertised. Big tub small loads!

I have had two companies out and my issue is still not resolved. Clothes remain wringing wet at the end of every cycle there is no option to select the size of the load. Also I keep getting an unbalanced code so I absolutely nothing is being done to resolve the problem. I deeply regret purchasing this washer as I keep being told my washer can only be repaired and not replaced.

I'm thinking I just got a lemon because for the most part this brand is always been known for its great quality. I haven't completely given up hope on this brand. I trouble-shot, researched, read and reread directions, tips....how can you wash clothes (or rinse them!) with 2 inches of water? That’s with “deep water wash”. Lid’s locked the entire hour and 15 minute cycle, goes out of balance all the time, then it starts over! Most terrible machine I’ve ever had the misfortune to try to use. I had them come get it and bring me an agitator washer that uses water to wash clothes! Save yourself a LOT of hassle. Pass on this machine.

Didn’t really got to experience it

Maytag and whirlpool were some of the brands that were being recommended to me and sales person and as well as most of the review had good things to say about them. After they got the washer install I couldn’t get it to work for a couple of hours so I decided to return it. Over all when I got it to work it did it’s job...I’m not sure if it was me not pressing the right things or if there was something wrong

It would tear blouses, tie long sleeve shirts in knots and leave dry spots on sheets after a complete cycle. Maytag sent a repairman out 3 times to tell me this is normal. If you expect the same quality and service that Maytag gave 10 years ago. Forget it. It won't happen today.

Lousy Washer

This new high efficiency machine is a piece of crap. The water sensor does not properly fill the tub that results in a poor wash, even with the deep water setting. The old agitator models with the manual setting were much much better. I am now stuck with this lemon design. I wish I could give it back, I will never buy a Maytag again.
