We are sorry you are unhappy with the design of the Washer. The Department of Energy standards state how much water any water-based appliances can use, and our washers meet all of their stringent guidelines. We would recommend balling up the clothing similar to the size of a soccer ball, and place around the agitator one at a time. We would also recommend stacking it up so it is around the sides and the agitator plate is visible with all of the clothing around it. Do not fill up past the 2nd to last row of holes in the basket to help avoid overloading. The bulky cycle will allow more water to enter the tub, but will not spin on the highest spin setting. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the design, and can note your concerns.

Dear lean: Thank you for taking the time to write regarding your Washer. Feedback from our customers is an important source of information. We regret that you are not totally satisfied with your washer. We manufacture several different models with various feature and accessory designs while trying to provide appliances that are versatile in meeting the needs of our customers and adhering to increasing governmental restrictions. Wrinkling is caused by the combination of heat and pressure. If permanent press fabrics are rinsed in warm water, the spin portion of the cycle applies pressure to the warm fabrics and causes wrinkling. Use cool or cold water setting to help avoid wrinkles from setting in. Also, using a lower spin speed will help that as well. The moving can be caused from the washer becoming unbalanced but there is trick that helps other customers. Ball the clothing up slightly and place around the basket making sure not to cover the middle of the agitator. As items become tangled, they can make the washer sense an unbalanced load and this should help. If you have other concerns we can help with any service needs you may have. Hello moonlinght, Since the washer uses less water than a traditional washer it makes it harder for it to remove excess detergent, and it can redeposit on the clothing. Use no more than 2 tablespoons per load, filling all the way to the top row or holes. Make sure the water heater is at 110'F, the best temperature to mix with cold water in. A lower temperature may not make the water hot enough, and the detergent will not dissolve properly. This will allow them to rotate around the basket the best, and allow the detergent to be removed most effectively. Using the hottest water possible per the garment recommendations was each article that seems to be dingy without detergent. If the items come out brighter, then there is too much detergent with each load. Washing the washer more often than recommended may help as well.
