Following the cycle there was 1-1.5” of water remaining. It would not drain. A Geek Squad technician came out a week later to tell us it was broken.

Read instructions 3 times; nothing changed end result. Replaced 17 yr old Amanda washer with this washer. Not hi efficiency if I have to wash each load twice
