I’ve had this washer a shade over 4 years and it is shot. It will not was a load of clothes larger than a pair of socks without dancing across the floor.

I'm going to make this short. I'm sure it would be a great washer but my wife and I have noticed that not enough water is used. There should be an option to bypass it's sensing setting.

after lighting cooked our last one. we bought this one and it was a really good replacement.

We needed a new washer dryer set, settled on this one due to price, load size, and above average reviews but after initial few washes I am considering returning. The washer doesn't clean simple stains that our old one from 12 years ago could! Which leads me to believe that without the agitator the clothes just simply sit in a soup of filth. Very disappointed and annoyed that we have to go through the hassle of returning now.

Worst washer I've ever had. It never fills up with water to cover the load, even when the load is even. I'm not going to stand around waiting for the rinse cycle to put in fabric softener. No wonder it's one of the cheaper machines.

Avoid this washer at all costs. And don’t believe the fake “good” reviews. We bought this washer & a matching dryer in 2019. It has been a nightmare. We’ve had to replace the basket hub kit a total of 12 times. It goes out about once a week. It is RIDICULOUS. Not to mention the washer itself does not wash clothes well at all. After a cycle, we get our clothes out and some parts are still dry! It rips and tears our clothes up too. They come out so twisted together and wrinkled. We are scrapping it this week and getting a totally different brand.

Do NOT waste your money. I don’t know who designs these appliances now but obviously they have never done laundry. And don’t give me that nonsense about adjusting the way I load/operate/make decisions about my laundry. All their “efficiency” claims with a washer that takes such a long time to run one load is ridiculous. Apparently this is the new American culture, when your clothes get dirty, just throw them out and buy new ones because they can’t make anything that works. I am highly disappointed in Maytag. The only bright spot is that the Best Buy installation/delivery guys WERE efficient and knowledgeable.

Horrible expensive purchase. Owned 15 months 2 main boards broke with a total of 3 of those 15 months waiting on parts. Horrible piece of crap.

The machine had been working pretty well until it suddenly went dead. Scheduled service thru Maytag to have a look. Before he even started, service man asked how much we were willing to pay to repair because this was likely the control board and that is rather expensive. He stated that it often goes bad in theses machines. Sure enough, after testing, it was found that the board is bad and I had to pay $99 to be told my $500 washer will cost $800 to fix. Very disappointed in Maytag/Whirlpool.

The clothes do not even get wet, let alone washed. Since the washer has a see through top door I was able to watch the entire wash cycle from beginning to end (multiple times). The clothes on the top never get wet, never get pulled down by the agitation and as such they never get cleaned. I first tried the "normal" wash, as well as "rinse and spin" and then with high hopes the "deep water wash". Same experience with all three: clothes stay untouched by water on top. I had high hopes from Maytag, but this washer is a complete disappointment.

Lasted less than 4 years- Make sure you get a Warranty and keep it where you can find it! The Geek Squad Warranty may not cover your washer.

Purchased washer 2/2018, within a short period of time the washer started filling up with water while turned off. then the washer started filling and would start washing, no lights were on indicating the washer was on. Repair set up, advised the unit would need to be replaced. New unit arrived 5/2108 with dent after installing washer will only fill with water, will not move to the wash cycle. Best Buy reply at this point awaiting original unit to return to warehouse before they can submit order for a replacement.

WOULD LOVE THE MACHINE IF BEST BUY WOULD SEND ME ONE THAT WORKS RIGHT, I AM ON MY 3RD AND LAST DELIVERY IN 2 WEEKS....THE SENSOR IS ALWAYS DEFECTIVE ON THE LAST 2 MACHINES, LETS SEE #3.....ILL BE WRITING AGAIN....

We have had the Bravos mct washer for 3 years and are very disappointed. Regardless of what they say, there just is not enough water to properly wash a heavy load. We have to wash with small loads to get clothes clean which results in more time and energy. I have resorted to putting a bucket or two of extra water in the tub to help the washer do the job. My old washer in our vacation home works much better than this piece junk.

I have had the washer for less than 2 years. A few months ago, the water pump would constantly run even when water wasn't in the machine. Every now and then, the machine would go through some sort of reset cycle. The machine would then work for a couple day before having the same problem. Now the machine will not work and says there is a board error. Machine fills with water and the water pump runs at the same time.

We purchased this washer 3 years ago. This was the first time we purchased a Maytag. We will never purchase another! This washer is horrible at cleaning clothes. There have been numerous times that I have taken tshirts out after they are done, and they still have deodorant/dirt on them. Half of the time, clothes/towels come out with large areas that aren't even wet. Worst washing machine I have ever owned in 20+ years.

I got this washer on November 4th it’s now November 9th my washer has completely broke! I washed one small throw blanket and the whole washer tub became unbalanced and broke a bunch of stuff I took pictures it was one small throw maybe 5 feet by 3 feet light weight! Best Buy offered to replace with same model! Noooo thank you worst washer ever so I made the switched to LG!

The main circuit board in the washer stopped working after only 2 and 1/2 years after I purchased it new at BestBuy. It cost over $400 to fix. The part looked fine according to the repairman with no visible burn marks or anything wrong. Just stopped working. The part was not under warranty and I had to pay full price to repair. Not a good customer experience!
