I repaired the splutch assembly and now I'm waiting for lid lock latch assembly with wiring harness because apparently that broke too. If you do decide to purchase GET AN EXTENDED WARRANTY! They do not make appliances like they used to in the past when they lasted 20 or 30 years. I got a lousy 2 years out of mine. Shameful and ridiculous

Only lasted 3 1/2 years

The transmission is not covered under the 10 year Drive Motor (Stator and Rotor Only) warranty. We are a 2 adult household. I would not recommend Maytag.

spining like crazy washer

And the spine circle is crazy. The washer spinning and walking itself. It even broke my floor. Now I have to stand there and watch it while washing every time because I don't know when the load gets uneven and the washer walking. Sometimes it doesn't drain too.

The clothes are so "wrinkled" when I pull out of the machine, they are not spun well. The drying time has increased more than 30 minutes over other machine; wrinkles won't go away in dryer like they did with old machine. So disappointed. No buzzer when cycles are done.

Ft. 11-Cycle High-Efficiency Top-Loading Washer, the Wash Temp senses and maintains uniform water temperatures by regulating incoming hot and cold water. Even in a cold and cool water wash, some warm water may be added to the washer to maintain a minimum temperature. We would recommend using a fabric softener or a detergent that may add in a fabric softener. This combined with a warm wash would solve problems with wrinkling. Thank you for your review!

When the Best Buy delivery guys delivered, they balanced it and then tested it. I thought it might just walk on out the door, it shook so bad. They tried to adjust one of the legs to see if that helped but it did not. I will return this one too and hope the LG I am going to order doesn't shake. You can bet, I am buying the extra warranty though
