Probably the main reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it doesn't have a quick wash function. Sometimes, I'd like to be able to wash things quickly. Otherwise though, I like this washer a lot.

Average job of cleaning, but NOISY!!!

Salesman convinced me that the 'no agitator' system was the way to go. No way! Clothes get all balled up and don't get clean and also throws the washer out of balance, so it bangs or shuts down until i re-distribute the load. The worst part is that it is the noisiest washer I have ever owned! I have had washing machines for over 60 years, and this is the worst one ever!!! Not sure why it is so noisy, but you have to be about four rooms away to escape the noise! Wished I had read reviews before I bought it.
