Dosen't do a good job of cleaning.

Not having an agitater to move the clothes around is also a bad thing to do without. Theres nothing to move the clothes around. It just did not do what we wanted it to. If you buy one, look out you won't be happy with it. Returned it to store and exchanged it for an Insignia washer and dryer. The best move we ever did. Insignia works great.

Probably the main reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it doesn't have a quick wash function. Sometimes, I'd like to be able to wash things quickly. Otherwise though, I like this washer a lot.

Quality Appliance but noisy

Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase. Lots of great washing cycles and options for different types of clothing. My only other complaint is it’s a bit noisier than I thought my last (and much cheaper) washing machine was. For the open box price, I would recommend.
