I had a terrible time trying to get this open box washing machine delivered, but it finally arrived. Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase. Lots of great washing cycles and options for different types of clothing. My only other complaint is it’s a bit noisier than I thought my last (and much cheaper) washing machine was. For the open box price, I would recommend.

Had heard good things about Maytag so decided to try this bravos. I have a shelving unit above the washer and this unit fortunately had a low height opening (and glass which adds a cool look being able to watch your clothes get cleaned) Its an HE unit which is the first Ive owned, installation was a breeze using Best Buy's free installation from Memorial Day weekend. So far so good.

We had a pretty new front loader and had just replaced the pump and the door gasket started leaking so we bought this one and it has been great so far.

I bought this Maytag to replace a recalled Samsung washer. Works very well.

Bought this washing machine to replace our ten year old one. My wife and I like it a lot. It’s the High Efficiency (HE) model, so on normal cycle it doesn’t fill all the way or even half way up with water. I think that is a lot of people’s issue, not realizing that is the Efficiency part. It has deep water and bulky cycles that will fill it up, so if there’s something you think needs to be fully submerged then it will. We have two daughters and the amount of laundry we go through is not natural, but the washer has been going strong and no problems so far approaching a year of hard use.

This washer holds a big load of clothes The dryer runs quietly. The clothes have no wrinkles when you take them out of the dryer, even if you don't take them out immediately.

This machine is fast quite and cleans really good as well. By the time the clothes are done with there cycle they're pretty much dry. We love this washer

Don't know why we waited so long to purchase but this is just what we needed. We are able to wash bulky items and it supports all of our needs.

Efficient and quiet. It is also great for washing king size blankets and bedspreads. I am very pleased with this machine.

Great price and washer, pretty quite cleans clothes well. Time will tell if it lasts as long as my other washer. This was a replacement for a samsung that didn't last 2 years.

It took a little getting used to my first HE washer. I'm finding that it is much more than I expected! It's easy to use and doing a great job on my clothes so far.

Good capacity great at time ot takes to run cycle.

Hard to get accustomed to the no agitation of the machine. It is quite noisy. Also I loaded it with some bulky sheets which did not seem too much and it got out if balance and walked some ... I would have thought it would have shut off by itself. My husband had to turn it off

We are so glad that we bought this product. Not hitting my knuckles when I put in the clothes has brought me to a new level of joy!
