THERE'S NO AGITATOR, SO YOU DON'T GET THE LOAD IS OUT OF BALANCE SITUATION YOU GET WITH OTHER WASHERS. SOLID PERFORMANCE, WASH COMES OUT VERY CLEAN, WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS.

Loving my new washer

Machine worked fine, but skimpy on water

However I returned it quickly to swap out for a different model, because it seemed to me to be really skimpy on water usage, so I felt like it wasn't going to be able to wash our clothes well.

One small issue with the washer that we don't understand. Sometimes when we go to pour detergent into the designated trays inside the washer, there is still water left in the trays from a previous wash. Other than that, it's simple to operate and does a good job.

However, items have air in them and come above water level in wash and rinse cycles. Have to open top and push items down below water level to get rinsed. It takes about an hour for cycle.
