Loving this washer! It's huge! I like how it uses a sensor so you don't waste water when washing. Great price also!

The drier is perfect - nothing new. The washer is weird as it doesn't use hardly any water. The clothes are coming out clean so I guess it works.

Replaced our old front loader with this top loader and could not be more pleased with its performance!

We needed a washing machine ASAP. And we have used either Maytag or Whirlpool most of our lives. We try to keep the controls simple. At the time of purchase, we did not notice the machine was a HE version. It’s taking some time to get use to the new process and sounds, and it takes a bit longer to complete a load. And we are most happy with the washing results. We use less water and less drying time (and energy). So far so good!

My previous washer was a Maytag which I had for 25 years. Thought it was time to get a new one. I picked this one because Maytag was always a good brand. I was also able to reach inside to the bottom of the washer on this one. I had to returned the 1st Maytag Washer I bought from Best Buy. It just wouldn't balance. a few days later they took the old one and delivered a 2nd one and it worked better. I was told todays washers have a compressor in them instead of belts. My laundry room is inside my home. This washer is loud and makes a lot of unusual sounds during a wash cycle. Don't know that I will ever get used to them. Whoever designed this new modern washer did not consider the noise they would make inside the home.

I read all the reviews. I haven't had any trouble with the no agitator style machine. Seems to get clothes clean and uses less water!

The washing machine exceeds my expectations. It is quiet, quick and my clothes feel much cleaner than they did with previous machine.

My only complainant would be it doesn't get the stains out of my whites out that well like my old one did . Also it can be a little quieter

Got for mother in law to replace her old one that stopped working. Good machine design and simple to operate.

Purchased 6/2017. Having to replace 3/2020. Normal, family use... nothing more than average. Machine appears to have dementia and doesn't complete/finish/or advance in cycles. It takes a full day to wash one load of clothes and requires constant babysitting. I had a repairman look at it and he said there were no error codes and all seemed to be fine. Spent $200 to replace the latch lock hoping that was the cause, but it didn't make a difference. At this point, I'm just going to buy a new washer, because if I spend another $200 for a repair to try to fix it (when it appears nothing is wrong), I will have already spend 2/3 of what could be applied to a new washer. Completely disappointed in the Maytag name. Discouraged it's not easier to figure out what is wrong (if it's the computer or a sensor). Called Maytag... they said there is nothing they can do for me because of it's age (as if it's a 20 year old machine). Sad to see this go to the landfill. They just don't make things like they used to. :-( Wish I could buy an old school washer with basic dials and no computer.

It was a scratch and dent Maytag glass top loader that works perfect, I have never been more happy with a washer!

Only been using this a little over a month but so far am quite happy. It is a little noisier than my old machine, but nothing I can't handle.

We're very pleased with this washer. It is very energy efficient, quiet, and the best washer we've ever owned.

My new Maytag washer and dryer is AMAZING. The dryer is finished before the washer, so the dryer is always ready to dry the next load. The washer conserves water (which I'm not completely thrilled about) but I use the bulky setting often and it uses plenty of water. The fun part about the washer is the top is glass so I can watch how the laundry is done on each cycle to see what I like best.

This is a great basic washer for a single person, or small family. This model has no agitator, allowing greater capacity.

Its' quiet, simple to use, and the clear view lid makes add the proper amount of water to the wash a breeze.

Machine used just enough water to wash the clothes , clothes do get clean and I lower the water bill . Once set up ,walk away .

This is our first new washing machine in about ten years. Happy about it’s quality and performance.

Best washer my wife ever had, quieter than the dryer, and spins clothes drier , so less drying time!

My washer is 32 days old, sounds like it has rocks in it when draining and spinning. There is also a clicking noise coming from the panel (when not in use). I called for service and was referred to a number for Whirlpool, they are the ones to service in year one. I guess the protection plan applies after the first year. It is 2 of us in the household, loads are standard not large not small amazing this thing lasted 32 days! I’m very dissatisfied with this product.
